She was the first Director for the MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Education (COPE) at Villanova's College of Nursing. At Cedar Crest College, Denice help to launch "Health Starts in the Kitchen", an innovative program that developed a network of chefs and dietitians to teach consumers and professionals cooking skills.
With over 25 years of leading worksite wellness programs, she developed methods to engage consumers, improve retention, and create technology to track outcomes in health programs.
