A dynamic presenter, Denice brings enthusiasm and passion to every project.  A nationally recognized speaker, shas presented on wellness topics at many national and state meetings.  Audiences have included human resource managers, fitness professionals, occupational health nurses, business leaders and registered dietitians.

Denice has presented for these organizations: American Dietetic Association, American Association of Occupational Health, Dietary Manager’s Associaiton, Pennsylvania Dietetic Association, Sports, Cardiovascular & Wellness Nutritionists Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group, Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group, AFL-CIO, AWHP, and many others. She also  has media training and frequently appears on television.

Denice has done many live cooking segments on WFMZ, Cooking at Sunrise, to promote a chef competition for the Pennsylvania Taste or Elegance. 

Currently, Denice is the 2011 Symposium Chair for the Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group (www.wmdpg.org) , which will be held March 18-20, 2011 in Atlanta. She is an active member in Nutrition Entrepreneurs (www.nedpg.org/), SCAN (www.scandpg.org/), and the Food and Culinary Professionals (www.fcp.org/).
